Worst internet server provider. Source: trust GTM I have been using it since 5years, the internet is not continuous. It's just like packet of quanta. (Well according to physics light wave is a quanta. But it's frequency is high. So, it should have been continuous internet access.) But the internet has more mood swing than my crush. One second it's working fine. Another second it just gives me cold shoulder. And U might be why using it for 5years if it's that bad. Well I really wanna change but my family members don't like new change so I am stuck with it. Now this year when the subscription ends I am never gonna look at this piece of sh*t.

This is the most worst internet providers. I have been using one year pack.. internet goes down no support worst communication channel in the teams.. not to buy this stupid company internet

Poor customer service, they don't really care about the customers.

been it's user for more than 5years the internet speed is good don't get interrupted and works fine but when there is problem in our location once they took 7 days to come

I have been a Classic Tech customer for about six months. While I have encountered a few technical issues, such as losing my connection entirely or speeds dropping to 2 Mbps, the support team is always polite and resolves the problems quickly. My main disappointment is that they use standard phone numbers for support, making calls quite expensive. Overall, the service is a good value for the price.
