These terms describe the basic rules for using Bharosilo. By using the platform, you agree to use it honestly and in a way that helps people make better local decisions.
Reviews and contributions
Reviews should reflect real experiences. Do not post fake reviews, paid reviews without clear disclosure, copied content, spam, harassment, threats, hate speech, unlawful content, or private information without permission.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Bharosilo may remove, limit, or investigate content that appears misleading, abusive, irrelevant, or unsafe.
Business listings
Community members may suggest establishments for inclusion. Business owners who claim a listing are responsible for keeping names, addresses, contact details, hours, descriptions, and photos accurate.
Owner replies
Owner replies should address the review respectfully and help future customers understand the situation. Replies may not be used to intimidate reviewers, reveal private information, or pressure people to change honest feedback.
Platform moderation
We may moderate reviews, photos, listings, claims, messages, and accounts to protect users and maintain quality. Moderation decisions may consider user reports, automated checks, account history, and manual review.
No guarantee
Bharosilo helps people discover and compare establishments, but reviews and listing details can change or be incomplete. Always use your own judgment before making bookings, purchases, medical decisions, financial decisions, or travel plans.
