Bharosilo operates a business discovery, review, and trust platform for Nepal. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Bharosilo when you access or use our website and related services (the “Platform”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Business owners may be subject to additional verification steps when listing or claiming a business.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bharosilo. To write reviews, save places, or manage a business, you need an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, impersonate others, or misuse the Platform.

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post fake, misleading, or paid-for reviews without disclosure. Do not post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or private personal information about others.

You keep ownership of content you post, but you grant Bharosilo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform.

Business information should be accurate and current. If you claim a business, you confirm you are authorized to represent it. Verification may require documents or confirmation steps, and claiming does not guarantee verification or a higher rating.

Do not create duplicate listings for the same business. Report inaccuracies so we can keep the directory trustworthy.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, spam, or disrupt the Platform or other users.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or business verification.
• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

We review reported content and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Moderation decisions consider context, evidence, and the safety of the community.

The Bharosilo name, logo, Laliguras rating assets, and Platform design belong to Bharosilo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

The Platform is provided “as is”. Business information, hours, and availability can change, and reviews reflect individual opinions, not endorsements by Bharosilo. Always verify important details directly with the business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharosilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on user-provided content.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or legal and security reasons. Sections that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication, and unresolved matters may be submitted to the competent courts of Nepal.
