Real accounts
Reviews come from signed-in people. One account can review a business once, and reviews can be edited or deleted by their author.
Laliguras ratings
Every review is a 1–5 rating on the Laliguras scale, from Poor to Excellent, plus optional photos and text.
Moderation

- Can businesses delete bad reviews?
- No. A business cannot remove a review because it is negative. Reviews are removed only when they break the community guidelines — for example spam, threats, or content from someone who was never a customer.
- What does a verified badge mean?
