About Bharosilo

Bharosilo (भरोसिलो) means "trustworthy." That's what we're going for.

Nepal has no shortage of businesses. What it lacks is a reliable way to tell the good ones from the bad. Google reviews get faked. Word of mouth doesn't scale. And most directories are just yellow pages with a fresh coat of paint.

We built Bharosilo to fix that. Every business gets a Trust Score — a number from 0 to 100 based on real customer reviews, how often the business responds, and whether the pattern of reviews looks genuine. It's not a black box. You can see exactly why a business scored what it did.

We cover every province and every category, from restaurants in Kathmandu to trekking agencies in Pokhara to dentists in Biratnagar. If you've had a good or bad experience somewhere, we want to hear about it.

If you write reviews

Tell people what actually happened. How was the service? Was it worth the price? How long did you wait? The more specific you are, the more useful your review is to the next person.

If you run a business

Claim your page. Keep your hours and contact info up to date. Reply to reviews. That's how you build trust — not by gaming a rating system, but by showing up and being honest.

What we can't do

We can't catch every fake review. Nobody can. But we've built tools that make it harder to cheat and easier for real feedback to rise to the top.
