Bharosilo works only if people trust what they read here. These guidelines explain what we expect from reviewers, business owners, and everyone in between. Breaking them can lead to content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension.

Every review must reflect a genuine experience with the business.

• Do not post fake, exaggerated, or copied reviews.
• Do not offer or accept payment, discounts, or gifts for reviews.
• Disclose any material connection to the business, such as employment.
• One review per person per business — update it instead of posting again.
• Do not review businesses you have never visited or used.

• No hate speech, threats, harassment, or discrimination.
• No defamatory claims you cannot support with your experience.
• No private personal information — phone numbers, addresses, or IDs of private individuals.
• Criticize the service or experience, not the person serving you.

Upload only photos you took yourself that show the business, its products, or its services. Screenshots, stock images, memes, and promotional graphics do not belong in reviews or galleries.

• Keep names, hours, locations, and contact details accurate and current.
• Do not create duplicate listings for the same business.
• Only authorized representatives may claim or manage a business.
• Owner replies must be professional — no arguing with, shaming, or doxxing reviewers.

• Rating manipulation — fake reviews, review rings, or pressuring customers.
• Spam, scraping, or automated access without permission.
• Impersonating another person, business, or Bharosilo staff.
• Posting unlawful content or facilitating wrongdoing.

We review reports from the community alongside our own moderation. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, hide listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent removal. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact us and we will take another look.
