I have been a Classic Tech customer for about six months. While I have encountered a few technical issues, such as losing my connection entirely or speeds dropping to 2 Mbps, the support team is always polite and resolves the problems quickly. My main disappointment is that they use standard phone numbers for support, making calls quite expensive. Overall, the service is a good value for the price.
