- Active customer support contact numbers and official email addresses.
- Accurate business operating hours, pricing menus, and service descriptions.
4. Responding to Customer Reviews
Business accounts may post public responses to reviews. Responses must remain professional, respectful, and adhere to Nepal's Consumer Protection Act 2075. Threatening reviewers or offering incentives to delete negative reviews is strictly prohibited.
5. Nepal E-Commerce Act 2081 Obligations
Businesses offering online transactions, orders, or bookings must comply with all provisions of the Electronic Commerce Act 2081, including consumer dispute handling, transparent pricing, clear delivery timelines, and statutory refund procedures.

Establishments found creating fake reviews, deploying employee review rings, or misrepresenting licensing credentials will receive a public consumer alert badge on their profile and may face listing suspension.
