We collect account details such as name, email address, username, and profile information. We also collect reviews, ratings, photos, saved places, reports, contact messages, listing submissions, owner claim details, staff invitations, and public replies.

When a business owner claims a listing, we may ask for evidence that helps verify the connection to the establishment. That evidence is used for review and is not meant to be shown on the public listing.

How we use information

We use information to operate Bharosilo, show public reviews and listings, prevent abuse, verify owner claims, respond to support requests, improve search and recommendations, and keep records needed for safety and administration.

What is public

Reviews, ratings, public profile details, photos submitted for listings, establishment information, and owner replies may be visible to other users. Do not include private personal information in public reviews.

Service providers

Bharosilo may rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, file uploads, caching, analytics, and content moderation. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Your choices

You can update account and profile details from your dashboard. You can ask us to review, correct, or remove content where appropriate, subject to moderation, security, and record keeping needs.
