What we check
No single signal proves a listing or review is perfect. We combine structured checks, community reports, owner verification, and manual review when content needs closer attention.
- Clear place names, addresses, category fit, and city or province information
- Reviewer history, review detail, timing patterns, and duplicate language
- Owner claim evidence such as matching email, documents, website, phone, or public records
- Reports from customers, staff, owners, and the wider community
What verification does not mean
A verified owner can manage listing details and reply as the business, but verification is not an endorsement by Bharosilo. Reviews still come from users, and customers should compare multiple signals before deciding.
A fairer local record
Nepal has many excellent small businesses that do not have polished websites or large marketing teams. Bharosilo gives them a place to be found while still protecting customers from misleading listings and fake praise.
